It depends on your plan: Signal scans monthly, Amplify weekly, and Dominate daily. You can also trigger a manual re-scan from your dashboard at any time.

What is GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation)?

GEO is optimising your site to be cited by AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini: structured data, an llms.txt file, and formatting content so AI can extract and reference it. Oly handles most of this for you.

Why did my score change?

Scores move as your real visibility changes: a new AI citation, a ranking shift, a published page, or a competitor's move. Open the Score page to see which category moved and the recommended next action.

What's included in the 14-day free trial?

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to that tier's features. Your card is collected at signup but you aren't charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you won't pay a thing.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan. Upgrades apply immediately (new features activate at once); downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep everything until then.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan and choose 'Cancel your subscription'. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and your data is preserved. You can come back any time.

How does Oly know my brand voice?

Complete the voice questionnaire in the Brand section and Oly writes a voice guide it uses for every piece of content. The more of your brand profile you complete (voice, logo, colours, service areas), the more on-brand Oly's output is.

Where do my colours come from?

Accepted Answer

When you upload a logo we auto-detect a palette from it so you're not starting from a blank page. Those colours are marked 'Detected' until you confirm or adjust them in Brand Studio. Confirming tells Oly they're really yours.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We encrypt data in transit (TLS) and at rest, use row-level security on the database, and process data in line with UK GDPR. We never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. Use the contact form on the Support page to request a data export or account deletion. We respond within 30 days, as required by UK GDPR.
